"This plugin is a total flop"
This thing is completely useless and honestly, it just adds more hassle trying to make it work. It hardly ever stays connected to Twitter for any decent amount of time. The plugin won’t even link up with 11 sites on one platform. It keeps dropping out every few hours on another server. On yet another server, it just stops functioning altogether. Every single morning, we have to log back into all our accounts and reconnect it, if it even connects at all. I can’t believe this is being sold, and the false sense of security it gives is just terrible. Nothing about this plugin functions properly, and the folks behind it just blame everything but the app itself. This is an open-source project that feels like a redundant plugin and product. It’s definitely not a finished product. The fact that it’s available for purchase seems downright illegal. They can’t even get the free version to work around the clock. Forget about a paid version, which is basically the same thing. We’ve tried both the paid and free versions, and neither works. Not once. This thing has never functioned for a full 24-hour stretch. And, it’s supposed to be automated? More like you end up doing more work than anything else. It’s just awful. Plus, their customer service or developers clearly don’t give a hoot about it. Figuring out how to make it work has cost this company a ton of money and wasted countless days, only to end up with a product that still doesn’t work. Not ever. Not even once has this thing worked. You want to see how pathetic this company is? They’ve just washed their hands of it. I told you, they don’t care. Have you ever seen anything like this in the history of commerce? They’re trying to sell something that clearly doesn’t function, and they just don’t care.

"Website Protection and Backup"
Like I said before, I started managing my site a bit over two years back, and let me tell you, security is key. I've been using Jetpack, and they've been fantastic with their support and top-notch security.

"Extremely Frustrating Experience"
It's been a few months since I signed up for the backup service, and I haven't received any backups at all. Instead, I just get daily emails telling me that the backups failed. Trying to reach out for support has been a real struggle; I can't find a number or chat option to talk to anyone, no matter how hard I look. Honestly, it's been a major letdown. I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.

"Confusing pricing on subscription options..."
The pricing shown on the plans page is quite misleading.

While monthly plans are advertised, they aren't really available; when you try to check out, it switches to an annual subscription instead.

Reaching out to customer support is a waste of time, as they simply say the pricing info is incorrect and that the only choice is to pay annually.

Customer service is really lacking.
